Huddersfield Dog Sitting provides dog sitting services at the client’s home. Our services include feeding, walking, playing, and general care of your dog(s) as agreed upon during the booking.
3. Booking and Payment
- Booking: All bookings must be made in advance through our website https://www.huddersfielddogsitting.co.uk/ or by contacting us at 07511054626.
- Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept payments via bank transfer or cash.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate information about their dog(s), including health, behaviour, and any special requirements.
- Emergency Contact: Clients must provide an emergency contact who can make decisions on their behalf if they are unreachable.
- Access to Property: Clients must ensure that Huddersfield Dog Sitting has access to their property at the agreed times.
5. Liability
- Care and Safety: While we strive to provide the best care for your dog(s), Huddersfield Dog Sitting is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to your dog(s) or property unless caused by our negligence.
- Insurance: Clients are advised to have appropriate pet insurance in place.
6. Health and Behaviour
- Vaccinations: All dogs must be up-to-date with vaccinations. Proof of vaccination may be required.
- Behaviour: Dogs must not pose a threat to the sitter or others. Aggressive behaviour may result in the termination of services.
